What is your warranty service?
We conduct strict testing before shipping. Our warranty is 12 months after receiving the goods (excluding man-made damage). Quality issues can be resolved with photo or video evidence.
What is the typical lead time?
Samples typically take 7 days, while mass production requires 15-30 days depending on your specific order requirements and volumes.
How do you handle delivery and shipment?
We work with reliable shipping companies like DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, EMS, and ARAMEX. We can also ship to your designated forwarder in China.
